It was fun to make, sure it took long time but I enjoyed it, I used a long stick attached to the bottom board, carefully placed the pillow cake and the base of the hookha cake "over" the stick. I covered the stick with fondant and stuck some fondant details on it & colored it all with gold glaze. To go on top I had made a gum paste plate and prepared an ice cream cone, covered in grey fondant to make it look like tin foil, for the cole on top and the pipe cord I used liquorish.
