Chocolate cake with truffle


150 g butter
3 dl casted sugar
1 dl cacao
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 egg
2 dl all purpose flour

Tryffel:
1 1/2 dl cream
2 tbl butter
200 g dark chocolate
1/2 dl roasted pine nuts

Preheat oven 175°c. Melt butter and set aside add sugar,cacao and vanilla sugar. Add one egg at the time and last add the flour. Pour the mixture in a prepared 8" cake tin (butter and flour). Place in the oven lower part for 20 mins, it is suppose to be a little sticky in the middle. Truffle: heat cream and butter and set aside, add the chocolate to melt. Place the truffle in the fridge to semi harden maybe 1h, spread on top of the cake and add chopped nuts. Cool the cake in the fridge for 1h before serving. @arla.se
